Mr. Frog is designed and handmade by Judy Wachlin, Wachlin Folk Art, Bothell, WA. His hand signed tag is attached but is not dated. His clothes are also designed and handmade by Judy Wachlin. Wachlin Folk Art originated in 1984. Mr. Frog is crafted of hand painted oil cloth. Judy’s designs have been commissioned by many museums, specialty catalogs and fine shops throughout the world. Stretched out, Mr. Frog is 16" long. He has artificial fly lures attached to his vest.
