"Tessa" one of the Sweetie Pie Kids. Tessa is a 15 inch rag doll dress in her maroon and white shoes, hot pink socks, a purple hat with a sunflower on the front. Whe has a dress that has white with purple dots, a purple and white striped apron and a peach floral skirt and bodice. She looks like a character for sure.
