This 10 inch rag doll is tagged "Becky Thatcher, handmade". She has an embroidered face and a removable skirt that is made from the same fabric as her body and bonnet. She has yarn hair that has been braided and brown felt shoes. This little gal is standing beside the roadway in Madera Canyon in far West Texas not too far from UT's McDonald Observatory. It looks like she found a little puddle of water in the dry creek bed.
